Welcome to Humble Legends. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Humble Legends. We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"), to provide you with a curated shopping experience. Humble Legends is powered by Shopify. By visiting, using or making a purchase through our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to use the Services, or use them with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
2. Products and made-to-order production
Our apparel and accessories are printed or embroidered on demand by our fulfillment partners after you place an order. Colors, sizes and print placement may vary slightly from product photos because of screen settings and the nature of on-demand printing. Please review the size guide on each product page before ordering.
3. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, or availability. Your order is accepted when we confirm it and it is sent to production. Because items are made to order, we may be unable to cancel or change an order once production has started.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before you order. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your chosen payment method for the total of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy, both of which are part of these Terms.
6. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Services, including the Humble Legends and B.R.A.T. names, logos, designs, artwork, photos and text, is owned by Humble Legends or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or create derivative works from our content or designs without our prior written permission.
8. Prohibited uses
You may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose; to infringe anyone's rights; to upload viruses or malicious code; to collect others' personal information; to interfere with the security or operation of the Services; or to submit false or misleading information.

The Services may include links to or features from third parties, including Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment partners and shipping carriers. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Indiana, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the changes on this page; continued use of the Services means you accept them. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
